First Shadowing Experience

Having shadowed over 5 medical specialties and observed more than 10 surgeries, I am deeply grateful for the invaluable hands-on experience that has solidified my commitment to the field of medicine. Working as a medical scribe under the guidance of Dr. Fils-Aime, a podiatrist who also specializes in Foot and Ankle Surgery, I have had the opportunity to gain meaningful insights into patient care, from diagnosis to treatment, and the dedication required to make a difference in patients' lives.

These experiences have not only reinforced my resolve to pursue a career in medicine but have also shown me the importance of sharing these core values with others. I am excited to carry forward this knowledge and am eager to see what the future holds as I continue to expand my skills and network within the healthcare community.
